Stefanie is a graduate from Brock University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology. Upon graduating Stefanie pursued further education at the Canadian Therapeutic College. She graduated with honours with a dual diploma in Massage Therapy and Sports Injury Therapy.

 

Stefanie combines massage therapy and remedial exercise from a treatment based approach, to assist in achieving optimal levels of health. She has worked at the collegiate level for many sports teams such as, Judo, Rugby and Volleyball and was the therapist for the Mohawk College men’s Basketball team. Stefanie specializes in myofascial release techniques, deep tissue massage and correcting muscular imbalances. She has been exposed to a wide variety of injuries such as muscle strains and overuse injuries, as well she has provided treatments for headaches, scars, lower back pain, MS and so on.
Stefanie believes an active lifestyle is the key to good health and looks forward to helping you with your healing process.

 

Rates

1 hour : $80 plus HST
30 min: $50 plus HST

45 min: $65 plus HST
90 min: $120 plus hHST
30 min foot massage: $50 plus HST
